SEC Files Fraud Charges Against BitClout’s Nader Al-Naji

America Securities and Change Fee (SEC) has filed fees in opposition to Nader Al-Naji, the founding father of BitClout, for fraud and promoting unregistered securities.

The lawsuit claims Al-Naji raised $257 million by promoting unregistered securities via BTCLT, BitClout’s native token.

As alleged in our criticism, Al-Naji tried to evade the federal securities legal guidelines and defraud the investing public, mistakenly believing that “being ‘pretend’ decentralized typically confuses regulators and deters them from going after you.”

The criticism additionally lists Al-Naji’s spouse, mom, and affiliated enterprise entities as aid defendants as a result of their alleged receipt of investor funds.
