“LUSD is nice for its decentralized capabilities, however it would not have the built-in flexibility to adapt to altering market environments like rising or falling rates of interest,” Samrat Lekhak, head of enterprise improvement and communications at Liquity, stated in an interview over Telegram. “In instances of constructive rates of interest, this means a necessity for a steady yield supply for the stablecoin, which BOLD gives.”
