Cardano’s Chang Hard Fork Goes Live, Introducing On-Chain Governance

CIP-1694, an official “Cardano Enchancment Proposal,” describes the brand new neighborhood governance construction and establishes three user-led governance our bodies: the Constitutional Committee, Delegate Representatives (dReps), and Stake Pool Operators (SPOs).
