Decide Jed Rakoff, the U.S. District Courtroom for the Southern District of New York decide overseeing the Terra case, sided with the SEC in an end-of-year ruling. In it, he mentioned that the case from defendants Terraform and founder Do Kwon “asks this courtroom to forged apart many years of settled legislation of the Supreme Courtroom,” the decide decided. “The courtroom declines the defendants’ invitation.”
